Outlook 2016 for Mac includes a new feature called one-click archiving. This feature allows you to quickly move an item from your Inbox or another folder to an archive folder. An archived item (or items) remains accessible, but doesn't clutter your Inbox.
Archive messages with a single click
You can archive messages in any of the email accounts that you've connected to Outlook 2016 for Mac. These include Exchange (version 2016 and later), Office 365, Outlook.com, Hotmail, iCloud, Google, and Yahoo!
Choose one or more messages in your folder to archive.
2012-12-24 I have a 2008 MS Word for Mac and for some reason I do not understand, suddenly I have those weird paragraph marks appearing on every line. In previous versions of Word, I think there was somewhere in the visible tool bar an image of that actual 'backwards P' paragraph symbol that one could uncheck to hide. I have nothing like that on this version. Show paragraph marks in word mac. Word for Office 365 Word for Office 365 for Mac Word 2019 Word 2019 for Mac Word 2016 Word 2013 Word 2010 Word 2016 for Mac More. Turn the display of formatting marks on or off. The Show/Hide button turns hidden characters like spaces, paragraph markers, or tab marks on and off. Short Answer: Command-8 (⌘-8) There’s a keyboard shortcut for toggling invisible characters (like paragraph marks, and spaces, and tabs) in Microsoft Word on a Mac and as far as I know it’s worked in every version, since the beginning.Command-8 does it. Command-8 to show them, Command-8 again to hide them.
On the ribbon, choose Archive.
As soon as you choose Archive, messages are immediately moved to the archive folder you've specified. If you archive a message by mistake, go to the archive folder and move the message back to your Inbox.
First time using the archive?
If you haven't previously set up an archive folder for an email account, you'll get this prompt:
Choose one of the following:
Microsoft office project not support mac pro. Mar 19, 2020 We'd like to explain that it's not available to install Project client on Mac. The related team had replied in this thread that they don't have any plan to do it. Thanks for your understanding. For any workaround, you can refer to Bob's suggestions in this similar thread: Can we install MS Project Professional 2016. If you have a one-time purchase of Office 2016 for Mac or you have Office 365 for Mac and are using the Office 2016 for Mac build on macOS versions earlier than 10.13, your Office system requirements will not change. Office 2019 (for both Windows and Mac) is a one-time purchase and does not receive feature updates after you purchase it. Office 2019 includes a meaningful subset of features that are found in Office 365, but it's not part of Office 365. Office 2019 will receive quality and security updates as required.
Continue. A new folder will appear in your folder list for that email account. You'll have to repeat this process to create an archive folder for each of your email accounts. The folder will be called Archive for Office 365, Outlook.com, Hotmail, iCloud, Google, and Yahoo! accounts. The archive folder for Gmail is called All Mail.
Choose another folder. Select any of your existing folders for the archive.
