because outlook trying send mail large attachment, cannot delete or open it. suggest stop outlook connecting exchange server , can delete mail. here steps:
1. click “send/receive”—“work offline”. see working offline in status bar on bottom of outlook.
2. close outlook----sign-out of windows—sign-in windows—start outlook
3. drag mail drafts folder,edit mail
4. click “send/receive”—“work offline”. see outlook connect microsoft exchange again.
